Photography Meet-up

Hello Photogs and Photo-Appreciators,

With Summer in full swing, and the group well into a it's second year of existence, I felt that it was as good a time as any to propose a group meet-up. However, this is a meet-up with a difference.

As some may be aware, the British photographer Rankin has done several live events, taking members of the public and showing the beauty of the everyday person. What I propose we do, is set ourselves up in a large public area (such as Hyde Park), in the height of summer, and we capture ourselves the beauty of the British summer, and the British people enjoying it!

If this is something that appeals to you, please comments below as to:
- When you'd be able to join in
- If you are / work with any MUAs who may be interested
- If you would work in digital, 35mm or 120/220 stock
- If you would be interested in helping to organise the event

We would aim to do this over two or three days, just so everyone has the best chance possible to join in, and I will hold several contests on the day (more details on themes and prizes to come), with voting cast on the group for 1 week after the event.

I look forward to hearing your amazing views on this.
